Is it time to start a new year all ready? I am so excited to have some many things to look forward to this year with my beautiful family. Aiden is growing up so quickly and it will be so much fun to see all of his "firsts" and to see my 2 boys grow to be great friends as Aiden learns to play and interact more and more. It will also be great to see more of my mom, who retired (FINALLY) at the end of 2010. She has promised to spend more time with her 2 favorite grand-babies, which means more time In Idaho! I will be trying to regain some level of fitness this year, after having my beautiful babies it turns out that my stomach muscles do not want to work anymore. I have joined a running group to help get back into shape and I have also signed up for some pilates instruction, I may even need some physical therapy. By May I hope to be a whole new ME! Last, I look forward to spending more time with my loving husband, we have made such a wonderful family together and now we can enjoy it.

Christmas 2010
Christmas was amazing! It is so much fun to see it all through the eyes of a 3 year old. Andrew woke up a little earlier than normal. Despite our best efforts to keep quiet the impending Santa arrival, he still knew it was Christmas morning! We tried to let him come into our room for a little rest (giving Grandma and Grandpa a little more sleep) but we quickly realized that we should just start the day. Andrew was so excited to see all of the gifts under the tree and the stocking filled. Nana came over to join us for all the unwrapping. Then after the gifts were all given it was time get Uncle Philip from the airport. Aiden was especially excited because he had never met his favorite Uncle before. In the afternoon we had Walter's family over for some lunch. Then in the evening we had a quiet Christmas dinner with a big turkey. It was great having my family up this year it made it all the more special.

Andrew hits the slopes!
We took Andrew skiing for the first time this weekend! He had such a great time and Walter did an excellent job teaching him. Aiden and I got all bundled up and stood at the bottom of the bunny hill watching . I think Andrew's favorite part was getting to ride the chairlift up the mountain. He was so excited!

First Flight!
This past week I decided it was time for Aiden to take his first airplane ride. Grandma's retirement party was on the 3rd of December so it was the perfect excuse for a quick trip to SLC. The flight went very smooth. Grandma retirement party was lots of fun and we are all so excited that she is FINALLY retired!! Now she can spend more time up here with us, Grandpa George is welcome too! We also took Andrew to his first play If you give a mouse a cookie. He had so much fun and the play was entertaining to all!

4 months old!
Aiden is 4 months old. He is 15lb 11oz (65%) 26in long (80%) and his head is 17.5 inches around (95%). Basically he is all head. Aiden is now reaching and grabbing at things and very interested in toys with bright colors and faces, he also loves to talk to people, especially daddy. He rolled from his back to his tummy just the other day, but he has not done it again. Aiden is getting better with others holding him, maybe someday I will be able to leave him. He is getting better at being in the car also, he prefers his big boy car seat!!
